Does Wholesale Baby sell to the
general public?

Wholesale Baby does not sell to the public. If you've seen a product that you love and would like more information, contact us and we'll happily advise you of your nearest stockist.

I have a retail business. How do I
access your catalogues and pricing?

Please complete and return our Request for Wholesale Access form located HERE. Once your application has been reviewed you will be notified via email. Currently, Wholesale Baby is busy creating a brand new website and until then your Wholesale Baby Sales Agent will then forward you catalogues and ordering information at your request.

Can any business work with Wholesale
Baby?

We review all requests and then supply information to approved retail outlets. Please be aware that each of our brands has the final say in whether their product can be sold in your store. That means you may have approval from some of our brands but not others.

How do I place an order?

Whilst our brand new website is being created please request from your Wholesale Baby Sales Agent the brand and ordering  information you are interested in. We are happy to fax the forms to you also.

Complete the order forms, ensuring you have met the minimum-order requirements, and return to Wholesale Baby. We will pass your orders on to the brands, and the brands' invoices back to you.

You can
send your order to Wholesale Baby's head office or
directly to your Wholesale Baby Sales Agent.

Please note that orders
submitted by post will experience a three- to five-day delay.

Is it cheaper for me to deal with
the brands directly?

Wholesale Baby does not charge retailers a fee or commission for our services. You will get the same wholesale prices from the brands if you deal with them directly. The advantage of ordering through Wholesale Baby is that you can send multiple
orders to one agent and get the benefit of our great customer service,
including follow-ups and delivery information.

Where can I sell your brands'
products?

All sales are to occur from direct-URL websites with shopping cart facilities, retail (bricks-and-mortar) stores, party plan direct sales or select local markets, with approval from Wholesale Baby and the brands we represent.

As per the Wholesale Baby Trade Terms & Conditions we will not authorise sales on any online auction or social media websites. This includes, but is not limited to, eBay, Facebook, Twitter, Etsy, The Gumtree and Madeit.

Facebook and local markets are to be used as promotional tools only for your retail or online store.

What is the minimum order?

Each of our brands sets their own minimum-order value. Some brands offer low or no minimum orders. The highest minimum order is only $500 excluding GST and freight.
